2 teaspoons salt
2 large avocados
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco or other pepper sauce

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>2 cups rice<br />
¼ cup butter or margarine<br />
2 teaspoons salt<br />
2 large avocados<br />
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced<br />
4 tablespoons tomato sauce<br />
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco or other pepper sauce</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong></p>
<p>Cook rice in butter or margarine 2 minutes. Add salt and water. Cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes until water is absorbed. Uncover and shake over low heat until dry.</p>
<p>Peel and pit avocado. Mash. Add garlic, catsup and Tabasco. Serve on top of hot rice.</p>

<p>Cut lengthwise around middle of avocado; twist avocado to separate halves; strike pit with a knife<br />
blade to remove; scoop out pulp with a spoon.</p>
<p>In a small bowl, mash avocado.</p>
<p>Spread mashed avocado on cut sides of rolls, dividing evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. On bottom halves, layer sliced chicken, lettuce, tomato, black beans and jalapeño pepper slices. Firmly press tops of rolls on tortas.</p>
